Chris McDaniel，Chris "Topper" McDaniel is an award-winning filmmaker and author, originally from Park City, Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky, and later fulfilled his doctoral studies in Atlanta, Georgia. He is the founder of the independent production company, Semi-Rebellious Films, and the President/CEO of 33 Entertainment.
