Ciera Foster is an American actress from Northern California. Her early life was shaped by basketball, which she played for eleven years, leading her to become a State Tournament Finalist and earning her a scholarship to Southern California where she became an NCAA athlete at Cal State San Bernardino. Ciera graduated with three degrees.
