Cynthia Housel，Cynthia Rodriguez was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She moved to Puerto Rico when she was 5 years old, but returned to Philadelphia a couple of years later. She discovered she wanted to be an actor at a very young age. While still in high school, Cynthia started taking acting classes.
