Phil Foster is an American actor, writer and director. Phil Foster, born Phillip DeWayne Foster was born in Compton, California and is the oldest of three children. He is best known for his role in Axeman 2:Overkill and The Academy. After his parents separated his mother moved to Hawthorne, California to escape a dangerous life.
