Kurt Taylor was born and raised in Houston, Texas. He attended Evans E. Worthing Junior and Senior High school--played football, baseball and ran track. Graduated from high school in the mid-sixties. Attended Prairie View A&M College -- played football and baseball. In 1969, Kurt joined the Kansas City Chiefs pro-football team.
