Mary Ly，Mary was born St. Paul Minnesota. Her family moved to Detroit Michigan during her early adolescent years. At the age of 16, she was diagnosed with "Aplastic Anemia" a blood disorder which needed a Bone Marrow Transplant. Mary received a successful cord blood transplant in 2006.
