Vincent Cipolla，Vincent Anthony Cipolla was born in 1944, to Vincent and Angelina Cipolla. He grew up in Lyndhurst, NJ, graduating from Lyndhurst High School in 1963. Married in 1965 to Betty Grillo, he attended the Bergen County Police And Fire Academy and became a Police Officer in East Rutherford, NJ, where he would work for some 25 years.
