Scot Ruggles was born in a quaint suburb of Boston on February 8th 1977. While growing up Scot was immediately introduced to sports. His Father, Sandy, was a teacher at the town's High School and was the Head Coach of the football and hockey teams. Scot's sister Mary took quick notice of the sporting heritage in the family as well.
