Allan Gillespie was born in Brampton, Ontario, Canada. He attended Mayfield Secondary School for the Performing Arts in Brampton, Ontario. A B.F.A. graduate of the Music Theatre program at the University of Windsor, Mr. Gillespie moved to the city of Toronto, Ontario where he now resides somewhere in Parkdale.
