麦克斯·帕克尔，Art director, in films from 1916. Spent the best part of his career at Warner Brothers (1928-31, and 1935-47). Did his best work on black & white gangster movies, notably Each Dawn I Die (1939) and The Roaring Twenties (1939). Briefly at Fox (1933-35).
