Tony Kelly，Born and raised in Waterford, Ireland. It was a move to New York City at the age of 23 that brought him his break into show business. During film school a tongue in cheek short film he made called "I Am Jeff Shanagarry" got into the hands of comedy producer Stephen Rosenfield and the rest was history.
