Alex Frayne is a UK born, Adelaide based Australian filmmaker whose films have received attention locally and abroad. He studied Film at the Flinders University of South Australia, and graduated with a B.A in 1996. His short film The Longing (2004) was sold into Australia, the USA, Canada, and Germany.
