Peter Meremblum，Meremblum studied with Leopold Auer and graduated from the St. Petersburg Conservatory. He came to America and, after a time in New York, arrived in Los Angeles. In 1936, he founded the Peter Meremblum California Junior Symphony, which was dedicated to the musical education and enrichment of youth ages 8 to 18.
