Dave Mahr，David "Hollywood" Mahr was born in Seattle, Washington on May 16th 1982 to Warren and Nancy. At age 12 his family moved to Arizona. At age 15 he signed with The Ford agency Robert Black. He modeled till the age of 20 when he was drafted by the Colorado Rockies to play pro baseball.
