Debbie Elbin，In 2013 Debbie Elbin turned her focus on Berlin, Germany. There she is directing two documentaries and developing several theatrical features for the international marketplace. Recently she was asked to co-program Peter Biskind and Larry Kardish's Film Columbia, the festival arm of the Chatham Film Club.
