Nelli Kowalik was born in Kharkov, Ukraine. She and her family ventured to the United States shortly after her birth. Nelli was raised in Syracuse, NY before she realized more opportunities arose in Tampa, FL. At an early age, Nelli and her business partner started a marketing and promotional company called Breezay Promotions.
