Rady Panov was born in Petrich, Bulgaria. He moved to Canada at the age of 9 and has lived in Vancouver, British Columbia since. In the tenth grade, Rady first began to show interest in drama. After his first class, he was hooked and immediately drawn towards Film and Television.
