Jimmy Noonan is an American actor of Irish Ancestry. He was born in 1958 in Massapequa, NY and grew up in Rutherford, NJ. Jimmy was recognized for his work in "The Grifters" by Empire Magazine, which named him the 7th Greatest Movie Bartender of All-Time, and later for his very memorable portrayal of Frank Galikanokus in "Super Troopers".
