Alfred Bastýr was born on January 1, 1865 in Kardasova Recice, Bohemia, Austria [now Czech Republic]. He was an actor, known for Príchozí z temnot (1921), Batalión (1937) and Koryatovic (1922). He died in 1942 in Prague, Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia [now Czech Republic].
