Vigo Roga was born on September 12, 1967 in Jelgava, Latvian SSR, USSR [now Latvia]. He was an actor, known for Krisana (2005), Golfstrim pod aysbergom (2012) and Pa celam aizejot (2002). He died on May 10, 2005 in Riga, Latvia.
