塞尔索·佛朗哥，Celso was born in Paraguay and began acting in school as a hobby. He finished high school in 2007 and then started doing theater workshops in the city of Tobati-Paraguay. From 2008 to 2010 participated in the "Festival de Teatro Juvenil de Asunción" with many achievements and congratulations from the organizers.
