Elspeth Huxley was born on July 23, 1907 in London, England as Elspeth Josceline Grant. She was a writer, known for The Flame Trees of Thika (1981), Firing Line (1966) and Reputations (1994). She was married to Gervas Huxley. She died in 1997.
