Lee Bennett is a British action actor/writer with a background in bodybuilding, martial arts, weapons handling and fight choreography. Lee studied various martial arts from the age of 10 and began bodybuilding inspired by action movies aged 14. Lee won the British bodybuilding championships and competed on a world stage at just 21.
