Paul Evans，Composer ("Happiness Is", "Roses Are Red"), singer and author, educated at Columbia University and the Helen Hobbs Jordan School of Music. He has recorded as both a single and with his ex-wife, Mimi. Joining ASCAP in 1958, his chief musical collaborators include Al Byron, Jack Reardon, and Paul Parnes.
