John Manning，John was born in the North Queensland town of Mackay and after proving his wares on the Rugby League field boy, as most young men in North Queensland do, he was offered a professional playing contract at the North Queensland Cowboys. After 15 NRL games and 7 years laden with injuries and surgery he moved south to join the Melbounre Storm.
