Mike Lordi was born on February 7, 1977, in New Jersey. Lordi, who grew up in Sayreville, NJ and still calls New Jersey home, has been directing, producing, editing and writing independent feature-length films since 1997. In 2014, Lordi teamed up with his producing partners Damian Mamane and Stephen R. Cafone to form Cover 3 Productions.
