David Merza is a snarky production assistant for film and television. Sabrina Ghannam is a goofball working towards her medical degree. Farhad Madani is a neurotic finishing up his law degree. The three live together in an apartment in Los Angeles. But things start changing when they welcome a fourth roommate named Nour Karzai, a conservative documentary filmmaker/activist. The four of them deal with not only your typical twenty-something-year-old problems, but also what it means to be an American of Middle Eastern background today.
