The Romance tells the story of a group of twenty San Diego single men and women dating in their search for love. The cast attends intriguing one on one dates, charity balls, and social/group events , as a hidden story line develops as well as the mysterious Miss X. Filmed in realistic day to day settings and with an expert panel of judges giving them feedback, the show is meant to both entertain and educate, as well as showcase some of San Diego county's wonderful landscapes, venues and the $17 million dollar La Jolla mansion.
