In a small town of Cheboygan MI, Lt. Matt McCarthy (Matt Kwiatkowski) has been assigned a TOP SECRET case as well as a NEW partner, Det. Adam Willis (Mike Root). Together they must stop three of the biggest drug lords (Danielle LeBlanc, Kacie Mosher and Kemper Sweeney) from committing further corruption on the city.
