Charlie, Comfort, Abs & Guppy go to Cambodia to administer medical help. Guppy and Abs go for a massage but Guppy runs out thinking the masseuse is a sex woman; Charlie is reunited with Duffy, but Charlie suspects that Duffy's latest boyfriend, a drinking doctor, may not be all he claims; Guppy saves a boy's life using a woodworker's brace and bit. Meanwhile back in Holby, the new Cambodian doctor gets Maggie and Harry flustered for different reasons, and the piece of road used for all Casualty's road traffic accidents is put into use when a double decker bus full of unruly school children turns over.
