Managing owner Lutz Bölkow lies skull-smashed in his office at the amusement arcade, which has a graffiti painted of “Verpiss Dich von hier“ ('fuck off'), the safe is robbed empty. Bölkow was often targeted with rotten eggs or stinky bombs. Despite his efforts for good neighbor relations, Sandra Meier gets complaining against the arcade, to no effect. Regular player Olli Freitag was excluded a day earlier, his wife having complained hysterically, as the playing debts resulted in their impeding home foreclosure, yet he was convinced one machine was about to restore his fortune. The team keeps looking further in his, staff and clients' past.
