The staff at the Medical Examiner's office is at each other's throats due to Slokum's reign. Macy is brought back from his suspension to once again go head-to-head with Oliver Titleman who seems to be choosing his new victims based on The Wizard of Oz. Woody is still recovering after being shot and is still giving Jordan the cold shoulder. Woody is obsessed with finding Riggs, who's escaped, and Jordan tries to help him.
