One Grandfather (“Ah Gong“) will be featured in each episode, where he shares his life stories and showcases his culinary skills through fun and lively interactions with the hosts. Host Kym Ng will pair with different artistes to learn from each Ah Gong. This time round, she has engaged an assistant Ke Le (aka Pattern Queen) to help her with cooking. 节目每集会邀请一位“阿公“示范家传料理，主持人鐘琴将搭配不同的艺人嘉宾“现学现煮“，展开一场厨艺大比拼。有了之前的经验，鐘琴也学会耍花样，特地聘请小助理“Pattern女王“阳光可乐，与她并肩作战。现场也会邀请一位名厨，以专业的角度、多年的经验，分析阿公的步骤，并担任裁判的角色，点评两位学徒主持人的厨艺，纠正他们所犯下的错误。最后，阿公、亲友团和名厨会当场试吃两位“学徒“的作品，并投票选出该集的“阿公接班人“。
