Rather awful agitprop flic about the life and work of "Cheka" (the first of several Soviet state security organizations, full name: "The All-Russian Extraordinary Commission for Combating Counter-Revolution and Sabotage") leader Feliks Dzerzhinskiy ("bloody Feliks") in 1918-1921. Shot in the year Stalin died, the film was re-released in 1956 without the sequences showing Stalin. Worthwhile watching mainly for historical reasons: the presentation can be classified as "surreal".
