Meeting with the former pilot Volodya (played by Armen Dzhigarkhanyan), the director of the factory Anna Georgievna (Lyudmila Gurchenko), during one and a half hours of screen time, tries to solve a purely personal question: whether she is only a director and a deputy, or also still a woman and a mother?
