Expect a totally retarded cheap as chips Mexo-Explo kids film based on the fantastically succesful Kaliman comic book created by Rafael Cutberto Navarro & Modesto Vásquez González. Yes, Mexico, even though his costume would make you think his origin was in some mysterious Arabian country. Though he is mysteriously Caucasian.
