The parents of Chidi,an international student from Nigeria are killed in a car wreck, Chidi and his sister, Chioma are left to fend for themselves. This ultimately leads to a financial challenge that turns Chidi to a world of crime where he joins the notorious gang known as the, "Risers." Theft, fraud, deception and violence is the order of the day with the Risers.
