Vagabond Bob finds a suitcase belonging to stockbroker Peter and decides to return it to his hotel. There he manages to pick up Marion, who happens to be Peter`s mistress. But unfortunately in doing so he loses his only possession of value: a lottery ticket. And to who does that brown dress belong that has been left hanging in the closet of Peter`s hotel room?
