Angel is a fisherman from Mazatlan, who moves with his family to Mexico City in search of better life. In Mexico City they become neighbors of Eva and Miguel. Eva is a very unhappy woman who lives tortured by her husband and daughter. Miguel, her invalid husband, pretends to be a good person, but he is a pure evil.
