70歲的“大尹老闆”帶著兒子“小尹老闆”和不喜歡上學的孫子“小尹”經營著一個中等規模的馬戲團。他們帶著親戚、鄉友和半路收編共二十餘人，用三輛貨車拉著東北虎、美洲獅、黑熊、猴子、山羊輾轉全國各地巡演。 那是有著“馬戲之鄉”名號的中國安徽省宿州市墉橋區，“大尹老闆”的團只是當地240多家常年流浪輻射全國的民營馬戲團中的一個。當地籠養馴化上百獅虎熊幼獸的馴獸村莊為在外的數百馬戲團提供馴養幼獸的服務，在鐵棍馴化下的幼獸被馴獸人教以各種節目，數月後即開始它們的流浪生命，服役十年，年老後給動物園做觀賞動物以交換新的幼獸做表演動物。 同時和它們一樣發揮這些功用並預備於這些功用的動物，在全國有數千隻，教化的幼年國民不可計數。它們成就了一種繁榮地區經濟、解決農村剩餘勞動力、豐富民眾娛樂生活，教化青年國民世界觀幾者的共贏或者全輸。 A touring circus group, faced with the perils of a recession, is having an increasingly difficult time staying afloat, while the animal circus industrial parks in its hometown continues to expand.
