The news of Georgi Dimitrov's death rallies the people in their efforts to work better. The Soviet specialists Lyudmila and Sobolev come to the building site. Many of the young people find happiness in work. The man who blew up the tank is arrested. The manager director of the construction project, who brought him to the town, is dismissed. The first plant in the new town is completed. Workers enter the shops. The management and the Soviet specialists will move on to work in another area.
