Synopsis It’s early morning. As with any other day, laborers who must live off of what they earn each day gather together. But no work is given to a man who is limping in one leg. Byeong-man goes together with the limping man who is given work on the condition that he receive less money, to work drawing lanes in a freeway. They work without a break, erasing freeway lines in a reversible lane. Rich young men passing by in an expensive car boo them and throw an empty can at them with ten dollars inside. The workers fight over the ten dollars and in the process, Byeong-man gets hit by a car and dies. The car that hit Byeong-man passes by without stopping and the world moves on. Purpose of Production It is to take an objective look at the people who have been forsaken by society.
