A popular singer Shyam Date meets with an accident and admitted to General Civil Hospital he is taken care by a Nurse Vasudha during the nursing in hospital they get close and fall in love.Vasudha leaves her hospital job and is not in touch with Shyam for a week when she returns gives the news to Shyam that she has found job of a companion for a young heart patient Asawari.Shyam comes to meet Vashudha during that phase Asawari falls in love with him,Vasudha then convinces Shyam to pretend as he to loves her and to marry her as she has few months to live as Shyam will accumulate her wealth after her death and they can marry each other and leave peacefully.After marriage Asawari starts to recover and Vashudha pressures Shyam to kill her.
