Following the sudden death of his father, 27 year-old Graham Richards shuns the path set out before him of running his family`s publishing company and drops out of graduate school to return to his home town of Austin, Texas. Here, Graham hopes to reconnect with his old friends, Windham and Jacob, and gain the love of his removed best friend, Leah, all while pursuing his undying passion of being a musician. Now the master of his own destiny, Graham`s new life is better than imagined until he becomes haunted by experiences of breaks with reality that attack and slowly strip him of all he knows and loves. Becoming more and more infuriated, Graham eventually confronts that which is haunting him: himself. It is in this confrontation that Graham realizes he has yet to acknowledge a painful, suppressed memory about his family that will change his life forever.
