Hairdresser Lee Stafford goes undercover in Salford, Greater Manchester - an area with one of the highest cancer rates in Britain - to search for worthy causes and people in need of financial assistance. He volunteers to work with charities supporting people suffering from cancer and recovering from brain injuries, but must learn skills that do not come to him naturally.
