As Israel battles his own demons, his story becomes intricately intertwined with the journey of Ethan and Emily, a pair of runaways from their heroin addicted, prostitute mother. Israel and Ethan become involved with a drug smuggling gang ring and things seem to be going fairly well for them. But will all three be able to navigate this volatile environment and make it out alive?
