The story follows a vulnerable young drug addict, Axl (Kaae) who falls victim to the unforgiving drug industry. Stuck in a vicious cycle, he finds himself indebted to two notoriously callous drug dealers (Brown & Farrel). Soon after coming out of rehab and sobriety, Axl relapses again, and soon builds up an excessive drug bill, which he finds himself unable to pay. After the overdose and resulting death of his closest friend Tommy 'Tom' the Crackhead, he reevaluates his life and decides to move on from a life of mayhem, leaving his drug use days behind. The dealers find out, and thus disgruntled at the thought of losing their most loyal customer, they conjure a plan to lure Axl back into the game. They invite him to work for them and earn some cash, getting him off the street. Axl soon realises the temptation is too strong, and breaks, giving into drugs again.
