Inspired by the novel 'Pamietnik Wendy' ('Wendy's Diary') by Ena Kielska, 'Nerve' is a psychological horror film set in a dying city in Central Europe, concerning a madness-inducing book written by a factory girl, human trafficking, the sigils of a bird-headed goddess, and a Ukrainian cinematographer in a white van looking for a woman who has dug herself out of a shallow grave. First part in a trilogy: 'Nerve', 'Noise God' & 'Laughing Men'.
