Ravi is an enterprising businessman, with blind mother, doting wife, young son and a dog. Jaani, his employee mis-appropriates company-money. Ravi gets angry and orders him to make good for the loss within a week. Jaani, finds a petty thief Chandra, who resembles Ravi.
