Bonnie (nee Jones) Thompson is pregnant and attends a lecture given by a quack doctor named Pilcoff, who, as soon as the baby is taken home from the hospital, sends Nurse Cordell, whom Granny Jones is soon calling "curdle-puss", over to take care and charge of the new arrival with the intentions of seeing that the baby isn`t handled by or exposed to germs by the other members of the semi-massive Jones Clan. This leads to complications.
